| Bhaven joined Whitehall during the 2006 season, and made his debut against Crompark in July, and it was some debut. Whitehall were chasing 146, had slumped to 32-5 when Bhaven batting at 7 joined Simon in the middle, a partnership of 55 later and Whitehall were back in the game. Bhaven had hit some huge sixes, and by the time captain Wood had joined him at the crease, with the score just past 100 with 7 wickets down, the field was set with 3 mid ons and 2 mid offs. Bhaven eventually missed a straight one with the scores level. Bhaven is a big hitting batsman, which can often be his undoing. His fielding like some many Whitehall is usually unbelievable, unbelievably good one moment and unbelievably shoddy the next. He can also bowl medium pace wobblers and has also kept wicket. Bhaven has missed the early part of the 2007 season as he's poncing about at uni, which just shows anybody can get into uni now a days. |
