| James joined Whitehall at a similar time to Paul Dockerty as they were friends from school. Another one of Whitehall's growing student army, James has been in and out of the team over the last few years. Over this time James' role in the team has been hard to work out. A fine fielder but with very poor concentration and can drift in a game. It looks like his true calling was found in the 2007 fixture away at Crompark when he was thrown in as wicket keeper and did a fine job taking 2 sharp catches. Fairly useful with the bat, however he's been reprimanded by Les Green on numerous occasions for playing poor shots, but when his heads on he's a decent enough batsmen. |
